Some NPR stations play old radio shows at night after 10pm or midnight. They seem to have a good collection of Dragnet.
But if you really enjoy old time radio, get ye to the Usenet.

Try this site if you want to download Old Time Radio Shows. You will have to sign up but they have a lot to chose from for free.
