What's your favorite app or tool to keep a folders synced? I have several job folders that need to be kept synced between my desktop and laptop. There are sub-folders within each job folder. Thanks.

I've been using ChronoSync for a while. Good stuff.
However, I really like the concept behind Picnic. Might be working checking for some workflow situations.
