For us '24' fans:
This will further delay the currently-suspended broadcast of 24, already stalled
due to the writers' strike.

To bad he didn't have cocaine in the car. Or at least have a homemade porn tape in circulation. Maybe he should have just cried hysterically.
Apparently those things get you much less jail time.

He clearly needs "something" to help him address his alcohol problems. He could kill someone else or himself. He's a good guy so it's time to for some repair.
