In the 20 some years I have been taking my cars to mechanics (corner mechanics, dealers, anyone) i can count on one hand...well 2 fingers... exactly how many of them have actually called me when the car was done. Even though every single one of them takes down my phone number and tells me that they will call me when its ready. It always goes something like this: "Well we did manage to fix the (insert minor service need here), BUT, when we were putting it in, we noticed that..." They are always very friendly and very courteous. The Dodge place even calls me a few weeks after the service to make sure everything is working ok. Unfortunately they have been the exception rather than the rule. |
