Lots of Pics: Nikon D50 w/ Sigma 18-200 - wowzer - 01-09-2008 I always forget just how much I like this lens. Each time I go on a family vacation, I take great pictures with it. This time I took the kids to Hyannis for XMas break and we went to the zooaquarium there. Maybe I got a great copy of this lens, but these shots are right up there with my Nikkor 80-200 f2.8 and Nikkor 50mm f1.4. What do you guys think? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Plymouth Rock ![]() Re: Lots of Pics: Nikon D50 w/ Sigma 18-200 - jdc - 01-09-2008 i think you need .mac so you can make web gallerys that load quickly... and dont cause my cable to come to a crawl... Re: Lots of Pics: Nikon D50 w/ Sigma 18-200 - laarree - 01-09-2008 Pretty cool. My faves are the llamas (are they llamas?), especially the one with the teeth sticking out. I know this is anthropomorphizing, but they have such jovial expressions. Re: Lots of Pics: Nikon D50 w/ Sigma 18-200 - MikeF - 01-09-2008 I see you managed to catch a few pictures of some of the presidential candidates visiting the zoo... Re: Lots of Pics: Nikon D50 w/ Sigma 18-200 - TheCaber - 01-09-2008 Me llama se llamar Lamar. Nice pix. I recognized Plymouth Rock. Still looks like a rock. Re: Lots of Pics: Nikon D50 w/ Sigma 18-200 - Wags - 01-10-2008 You could probably sell the llama shot to an orthodontist. Agree with you about the lens. Sigma's, especially yours, have a pretty decent price to quality ratio. |
