Is this some kind of midlife something or another? She now likes me to cook with her! What the heck. I am sure she doesn't need the help so what is the point? Do women get some kind of satisfaction out of this? Excuse me, but I have to go now.

Full frontal cooking, that's what going on - where you prepare food from scratch, together, (clothed). I once "participated" in such an "event", where there was a surgeon doing intricate icing on a cake and a dentist cooking an exotic dish where the ingredients (I forget the details!) required time consuming and detailed prep. Yep, full frontal prep.
