Key Code: tell me why seller wants back - samintx - 02-15-2008
Long story short..I bought a disk, installation showed the program had used up its 3 licenses. I contacted seller and Amzn for a refund. I had checked the disk for English installation on arrival because it had Japanese printing on it.
The seller finally agreed to refund my money but wants me to send the Key Code of the disk to him. WHY?
When I was installing the program and it got to the point to enter the KeyCode there was a different KeyCode greyed out at the top of the window but still
had a place for me to enter MY keyCode. (confusing)
Why would he want the Key Code numbers? anything he could use tthe code from this disk for? or just as an inventory check for himself?

To give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he needs the disk and Keycodes to be able to deactivate the installation he has on another computer. If he could successfully do that then maybe he could legitimately sell them.
