Parallels Support Sucks - flightdelayedagain - 03-27-2008
For the last 2 weeks I have been getting the message -
"Your registration information is invalid. No updates can be downloaded. Please contact Parallels support team at http://www.parallels.com/support. Click OK to return to the application."
So I can't download the updates and I only get an auto emailed response from their support site. I am not about to shell out cash for phone support. Any thoughts?

Yes, I am considering the switch but it will be a pain to reinstall XP and all the Windows applications I have.

I migrated from Parallels to Fusion back when upgrading to Leopard broke Parallels.
The converter worked great.

Make a backup first! Keep the backup until after you decide to stay with one app or the other.
