the "Mojave Experiment"? HAHAHHA - Jerry® - 09-02-2008 Have you seen the latest Windows Vista commercial, i.e: "The Mojave Experiment?" It shows real people OHHHHHing and AHHHHHHing at what the guy tells them is the lastest Windows OS - then they reveal it's really Windows Vista. I just think it's funny they can't sell Vista using its own name. http://www.mojaveexperiment.com And of course when you visit the site the first thing you have to do is install a browser plugin. Typical. Re: the "Mojave Experiment"? HAHAHHA - Ombligo - 09-02-2008 and it's a Beta plugin... but if you go there in Safari you also get: We're sorry, this browser, operating system or microprocessor is not currently supported by the Microsoft Silverlight 2 Beta 2 plug-in. You can still experience The Mojave Experiment on our non-Silverlight site. (of coiurse there is no link to the "non-Silverlight" site) Re: the "Mojave Experiment"? HAHAHHA - karsen - 09-02-2008 Videos are on youtube. Pretty funny, yet pretty sad. Re: the "Mojave Experiment"? HAHAHHA - BigGuynRusty - 09-02-2008 I saw that commercial yesterday during MadTV, I thought it was a parody at first! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igSlM3tl2zE&feature=related BGnR Re: the "Mojave Experiment"? HAHAHHA - Jerry® - 09-02-2008 Watch this SPOOF!!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Mx0h9CMtt4&feature=related Re: the "Mojave Experiment"? HAHAHHA - RAMd®d - 09-02-2008 It's a sign of less than stellar marketing when your tagline is: "See? Vista doesn't suck as bad as you thought!" MS is ramping up advertising to "combat" Apple's very direct marketing. I can't wait to see how that works for them. Re: the "Mojave Experiment"? HAHAHHA - Silencio - 09-02-2008 It's always effective marketing strategy to portray your own customers as morons. Another job well done, M$! Re: the "Mojave Experiment"? HAHAHHA - pRICE cUBE - 09-03-2008 WTF? Is one of the camera angles between someone's crotch? |
