Could there be a "Reverse Bradley Effect"? - Dennis S - 10-19-2008 Could there be some good-ole boys interviewed who would tell the pollster they were voting Republican because they would not admit to anyone they would vote for a black man, but then vote for Obama in secrecy because they knew that McCain-Palin would be a disaster for the country? I can see it happening. Re: Could there be a "Reverse Bradley Effect"? - $tevie - 10-19-2008 I have been toying with the exact same idea... Re: Could there be a "Reverse Bradley Effect"? - Hibidder - 10-19-2008 All Obama has to do is promise a LOBSTER in every pot ! Poor me! I've never even tasted Iranian cavier. Re: Could there be a "Reverse Bradley Effect"? - Wags - 10-19-2008 I think there is a "Reverse Bradley Effect", I experienced it when I was married to a black woman. As a mixed couple I often got the feeling that some white people were going out of their way to try and let us know they were OK with us. I don't think it was done on a conscious level. A white man with a black woman is different than the reverse, unfortunately, and we lived on Portland, AKA The Peoples Republic of Portland. Re: Could there be a "Reverse Bradley Effect"? - Silencio - 10-19-2008 Some researchers are now saying that Obama is actually getting the "racist" vote: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1008/14691.html Set us up with some "Crackers for Obama" t-shirts!
