Completely out of touch. Obama gets it, Bush doesn't and never will. Some are fooled by his cute jokes when he screws up.

Reagan, Bush Sr. and Clinton all "got it" reasonably well. Bush Jr. was unusually inept so the chances are Obama will "get it" much better than Bush Jr. Most signs so far is that he does, but the proof will be in the pudding. My hunch is that he will be a very good president and maybe even a great one.
