Also, we don't need nickels.
I would also do away with dollar bills & issue $ & $$ coins. The key is you have to get rid of the $ bills!

Plus, when I was in high-school, the toll booths here would take pennies... through a careful analysis, we figured out that you could satisfy the 40 cent toll with 37 cents. Wow! Three cent savings!
I-Pass... not so much.
