There were two 667MHz models, the older one had VGA video out, and lacked an L3 cache. The newer one had DVI video out and had a 1MB L3 cache and performed much better.

However, the current baseline formula I use for computing used Mac value is as follows: 25 cents per MHz on laptops and 15 cents per MHz on desktop models.
At that rate, the PowerBook I saw would be worth $166.75 or thereabouts. Of course maxed-out RAM and included options and/or peripherals can raise the final acceptable price somewhat, but not by 200%.
