This couple is going to be writing a book on the subject. I think this smacks of racism but maybe I'm wrong.....unless they come out and say "we are doing it for a book"...we are happy our white doctor and drycleaner. However, restricting it on a basis of race, religion, sexual preference, language, etc.. well, you end up with a fractured community. Or is the community non-diverse ? I personally prefer to work with community businesses, to the point that I will pay a small premium for it. But I don't just buy from Irish-Catholic businesspeople. I'm gonna guess the book will be more about the unexpected quirks to the more or less expected results of an experiment. Also sounds like about as much fun as trying to live without impacting life on the planet. Eventuallly one has to step on an ant or two. Could be a fun read, though, if they make it so.
