Marinated Chicken - kap - 12-29-2008

For the dinner tomorrow's night S/O wants me to try out her Xmas gift to me: the George Foreman Grill. I will be grilling a couple of chicken thighs and vegetables. What should I use to marinate them? TiA

I like italian dressing actually. great in a pinch. (good seasons made with an average grade balsamic is my favorite)

Yes, this works well! Sometimes I enhance it. Soy sauce, citrus juices are just a few possibilities.

Tonight used Montreal seasoning on chicken breasts before grilling on GF-like grill. Simple and easy.
