I'm guessing those (freakish!) nails kinda get in the way of buckling a seat-belt....

"haven't been cut since 1979" Wow... creepy... but wow...

I am wondering if she is going to have a funeral for the nails.

Really long nails creep me out, and hers creep me out times ten.

Freakish? That's putting it mildly!

Edit: One more thing, what do you suppose her fingernail polish expenses were?

On the other hand (no pun intended), it must have been easy for her to scratch her back (and butt)

The area under most people's fingernails is one of the germiest (sp?) places on our bodies. I cannot even imagine how bacteria-laden (and fungal and viral-laden) her fingernails are.

I think there might be a logical fallacy happening here.... The area under the fingernails isn't a germy (sp?) place because it's the underside of our nail. It's because we use our fingers - and nails - so extensively, and material accumulates between the nail and nail bed. If you can't use your nails because of their length, you wouldn't be scraping stuff up and keeping it on your fingers. Right?
