Deer in my yard - DinerDave - 03-08-2009 I haven't seen them at dusk, but for about a week now every morning about 7-7:30 we have had hoard of deer wandering in our back yard. While we commonly have a bunny family each year, the occasional fox, and other wild life, we have not had a quantity like this before, and not on a regular basis either. Where our property ends is a 20-30 ft drop to protected wetlands and a stream that has a lot of beaver activity, there must be something that lures the deer up. They shy away from the house, content to wander between the pool/deck area and the end of the yard. It certainly looks awesome to see them out there! Not sure if "hoard" is the right term, but we count 15 deer, sounds like a hoard to me! Dave Re: Deer in my yard - space-time - 03-08-2009 where is the picture???
