Heartwarming story from yesterday - M A V I C - 08-11-2009
Was running an errand yesterday. As I was turning a corner there was a guy on the corner holding a cardboard sign which read simply and in all caps "NEED FOOD"
He was older, clean cut. Fit, thin, shirt buttoned almost all the way up. Clean clothes. Jeans.
Right as I was looking at him as I was turning, a young girl maybe 10 years old came up, tapped him on the arm, and handed him a bag from subway (the sandwich shop).
A few seconds later I was parked and saw the girl walking away with a big smile on her face. She was with what I assume were her dad and younger sister.

Yeah, but I saw him trade that sub for a bottle of Mad Dog 20/20 in a brown paper sack.
