Ever had a complete freeze up? - Mac1337 - 08-12-2009 It is very, very rare but It just happened to me while I was visiting a site. The machine completely froze, like the old OS 9 days. No mouse, not even the force quite box would come up. I had to manually shut it down and restart. I was in the middle of typing a document and lost some work. No keyboard or mouse. No nothing. Had to do a hard restart. These problems were on 3 different MacPros btw, so i don't think it was a hardware issue.
