Need keyboard suggestions - M A V I C - 10-10-2009
I'd love this:
with a numeric keypad.
I sent Apple feedback a year or so ago and said that. Then they came out with the wired version without a keypad.
Here's my requirements:
- Must have numeric keypad built in
- Wireless
- Must be no more than 5" from the top of the keyboard (f keys) to the front (spacebar) - including the outer portion
- I'd like it to look good
- If it has a palm rest, it must be removable
Seems like most companies like to add a lot of extra, useless plastic around their keyboards.

does it *really* need to be wireless?
does it have to be bluetooth wireless?

I'd rather have a built in trackpad on a wireless keyboard. Why would I want a mouse on my couch?

If I want wired, I'll stick with what I have (white apple pro.) My keyboard tray is mounted to my chair. Moving around... the cable gets in the way sometimes.
Doesn't have to be bluetooth. Either way I'll have to connect a USB dongle to my KVM.
I kinda don't want white... really shows dirt. But I realize my other requirements put color towards the end.
