Any online stores you shop or have shopped ONCE, but in general feel like you need a shower afterwards or just feel like you're rolling the dice on product and support, but do it for the CHEAP PRICEs?

eCost. They don't hold copies of your receipts in your account after you order. You have to print your copy when ordering. Ok, but most companies keep your receipts.

We have had fraud charges on our CC about 3 times...and those charges almost always include Zappos.
