Seems to me that if the guy thinks that all of the tasks can be completed in an hour, then he probably could complete most of them in the time it takes him to write the email with the detailed descriptions, and of course he should also figure that the it takes time for the assistant to read and understand the email.

For what he wants, I'd do it for $10-$12 an hour...
But I'm betting I'm missing the most important (and unlisted) requirement - an accessible and desirable vagina.
