Free: G4 Cases and large box of parts - blusubaru - 11-19-2009

If you're in the Indianapolis area (I won't ship all this), I am taking seven G4 cases (empty) and a large box of various parts (optical drives, memory, video cards, fans, case panels, etc.) to the recycler by the end of the week. I've advertised on CL for a while but haven't gotten rid of more than six. I have seven left. Mostly DA and QS. Assume the box of parts doesn't work as I've not tested most of it. PM me and I'll give you directions. All free if you promise to take it all off my property! Smile

I've been throwing my G4 towers outside for recycling(by the city) 2 at a time which is the max for the last couple weeks. Feels good to have all the space left. All I've got left is some random sticks of ram and a few optical drives and a few hard drives.

Might be time to redecorate the waiting room .....

I could drive up on Saturday and pick it up, but my wife would not let me in the house with any of it!

She's on my case for about the Dynaco tuner, amp, and speakers that are keeping dust off some shelves in the basement. The tuner and amp were kits that I had my dad build while I was in Viet Nam. As a former electrical engineer, he had a ball putting the together.

Sometimes, you just gotta do what YOU want to do. NO way can you get rid of the Dynaco Amp and Tuner, even IF they aren't working. What kind of speakers? Most of the Viet Nam vets I know brought back Sansui Speakers. Beautiful wood.

A pair of A-25's and a pair of A-35's. Both were very well received by the audio magazines at the time. I am still using them. The FM-3 tuner and SCA-35 Amp need work.

You can send that Dynaco stuff my way to make room on the shelves for all that mac goodness! ;^)

I have a perfectly functional FM3 to use while I fix your old one...
