Not that I wouldn't mind years of trouble-free, but come on.

I also like the Firewire enclosure description that includes this info: "You can connect them to your computer by using USB 1.1/2.0 interfaces."

Voice-to-text generating programs are the most likely culprit (or outsourcing copy writing to third-world countries).
