Dumb PDF Browser Question - SteveO - 11-29-2009 Sorry for the numbskull question, but I'm using Manfred Schubert's "PDF Browser Plugin" for Safari and Camino and well, I'm just not liking it much. Anybody got other suggestions? I thought that Safari used to have this built-in. Is the latest Acrobat in-line browser any good? Doesn't (or did) Safari used to have a built-in PDF viewer? I'd think there'd be a Preview plug in... Thanks! Re: Dumb PDF Browser Question - Article Accelerator - 11-29-2009 SteveO wrote: It still does--no plug-in required. Uninstall SchubertIt's and Adobe plug-ins. Is the latest Acrobat in-line browser any good? No. Re: Dumb PDF Browser Question - SteveO - 11-29-2009 Thanks, I appreciate it! Re: Dumb PDF Browser Question - Mr Downtown - 11-29-2009 What will work with Firefox? Re: Dumb PDF Browser Question - LyleH - 11-30-2009 When viewing a PDF in Safari Control (Right) Click on the PDF and there will be a menu, one item of which will be to open in Preview. I almost always view PDF's in Preview. And then if I want to, I save it while in Preview.
