Gee, um...it's only about half a gig! (Seriously!) WTH? Anybody do this one yet? Any issues? STF, didn't find anything.

It only weighed in at 217MB on mine. No problems.
EDIT: The extracted file was 511MB

All is well with Office 2008 12.2.3 on my MBP.
