OBVIOUSLY Hardee's corporate masters must hate me and are trying to screw me. Why else would they not let their Carl's Jr. counterpart sell this?
I mean that's the lynchpin of a whole menu. :biggrin:

SIx Dollar Fried Bologna Sandwich
Jalapeño Six Dollar Fried Bologna Sandwich
Western Bacon Fried Bologna Sandwich
Teriyaki Fried Bologna Sandwich
It could turn into the new Fastfood Wars. The Ultimate Fired Bologna Sandwich, the Steakhouse XT Fried Bologna Sandwich, the Quarter Pound Fried Bologna Sandwich, and kneel before the majesty of the 5 x 5 Fried Bologna Sandwich.
I'll take two and extra mayo please.
And I'm not even going to bring up the fact that they're also holding out on the Smothered Country Potatoes too (Cubed fried popatoes with salt, pepper and smothered in sausage gravy topped with cheddar cheese.
It's unfair. They hate me. I'mma sue.

It's branding.
Carl's Jr. is their "great ingredients, great flavors" brand.
Hardees is the "eeew, gross, that stuff will kill you" brand.
