Almost done with primary (T-6)...currently formation flying...20-30 feet wingtip to wingtip.

If he gets first choice he moves to the T-44 next.

Outstanding.....company I worked for most of my career (before they went bankrupt) produced the T-6 (Raytheon Aircraft / Hawker Beechcraft). A couple of my good buddies (now retired) were IP’s in the Air Force for theT-6. That thing is like a WW2 fighter....powerful little beastie!

Yep, cruise is over 300 mph...apparently it's not that uncommon to lose track and come out of a maneuver at closer to 350...you're supposed to self-report, though, if you over-speed like that.
