my apologies for the delay...

no resolution or settlement yet.

been tied up w/ pressing business matters in the magnitude of eight significant digits left of the decimal point, and have gotten minimal sleep the last several nights. have only had chance to sporadically check forum here lately. did/do have 90+% completed update in word doc, will hopefully finish/proof/post tomorrow, as things are starting to settle down. it's mostly just a clarification of the issues, but we are working our way up the food chain, and the pending clarification is basically background for the legal beagles entering the fray...

Best guess is that atilla is a spammer.

They start by posting unhelpful BS across multiple threads so that later it appears that they're old-timers whose fantastic experiences lead them to promote penis pills and discounted Chinese wedding dresses.
