[quote onthedownlow]Very nice machines.
maybe im missing something?
but the $1499 version ($1350 on sale) has a core 2 duo 2.0, 250 gig drive and *integrated* graphics, and i dont see a way to upgrade the ram past 2 gigs? -- AND -- Internet Access Offers from AOL, Earthlink and Netzero (lol =)
but the $1499 imac ($1420 after rebate) has a 2.4 core 2 duo, 320 gig drive and 256 meg Radeon 2600 HD...
and its $1850 for the one with a 2.4, radeon 2400 and 320 gig drive? ($150 more than 24" imac?)
and theres no 24" option?
about the only thing i thought was cooler than the imac was the keyboard...

$1299 for the lowest end model right now...and did you miss the integrated Hybrid Analog/Digital TV Tuner with Remote Control and the 8-in-1 Media Reader? The RAM is upgradeable to 4GB (2 slots). For $2199...you can get the best equipped XPS one with a Blu-Ray drive too.
...no 24" option, yet. Give it some time. It just was released...the iMac has been in the market for years nows. It is a very strong introduction, from Dell, for a nice product. It will sell well.

...and those prices aren't without likely possible online coupons - so watch for those later.
