iTouch art work for album..frustrating !

Why doesn't it show up when I download the jpgs? Sometimes yes sometimes no...Also Apple downloaded a wrong cover for "the Lost City"...some rock group.

Some jpgs I drag and drag and drag and still they don't show up on my iTouch. Frustrating.
