Sister Emanuel could nail a fly on the fly with her eraser. She certainly "assaulted" a nunber of my classmates. Maybe she should have been charged or ended up needing medical care.

If she did it once, perhaps that's excusable.

If she was in the habit of trying to hurt you that way then that certainly warranted a child abuse investigation at least.

...And yes, that seems to meet the threshold for criminal assault.
