It does look like there's a tail in that one frame of the low quality video on YouTube. But if you examine a higher quality video, frame by frame, you'll see that what appears to be a tail is, in fact, her -- and she's clearly female -- hind leg. The leftmost leg is, in fact, a leg. It's her left front leg.



It is clearly an Australian Shepherd, one named Lucy to be precise.
