U.S. District Judge James Gwin in Cleveland ruled Friday that anyone who engages in intimidation or harassment inside or near polling places, regardless of political alliance, would face contempt of court charges.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/national/...story.html
Ohio Democratic Party Chairman David Pepper said in a statement that "with this decision, Ohioans can feel confident that they will be able to make their voices heard in this election."
Ohio Republican Party Chairman Matt Borges said in a statement that he was happy that Gwin found that there was not enough evidence to specifically include the party in the restraining order.
The statement also says that the Democrats' "eleventh hour publicity stunt backfired as the Hillary Clinton campaign is now also subject to the restraining order." It does not note that the party's actions, like many others, are also restricted by the restraining order.

Damn, I was looking forward to seeing current video of the New Black Panthers for another four years on Faux News. But I suppose they can continue to run the old New Black Panther video which showed the entire membership of two.

Sigh...nobody's rights are being restricted. But people are NOT allowed to "politick" closer than 50 feet from a polling place. And that includes standing outside the zone and screaming into a bullhorn. But I double dog guarantee that Trumptroopers will not feel welcome. And if I see some moron Trumptrooper "open carrying" at my polling place, he won't affect how I vote. Merely increase the level of satisfaction I will get for NOT voting for his Fuhrer.

I already included the fact that both parties were included in my post on this topic. No judge in his right mind is going to attempt to stop one party from breaking the law and not the other.
If the Democrats wanted to be able to intimidate and photograph and threaten voters, they would not have brought the lawsuit.
DUH, billb.
