I placed an online order on 6/19 (10 calendar/8 business days ago). The order status still says "order received". I called a few days ago, they said it should ship this week. I chatted last night, they said LG will not confirm shipment until they make delivery to the local distribution vendor, which will also do the installation. So the order could be on a truck coming to NJ, but I still have no idea about timeline and when I will get my stuff. Luckily, the old washer and drier still work fine, so I can wait, but this seems like it takes too long... anyone else?

I ordered an LG washing machine from Costco last summer. Placed the order 7/5, "order received" 7/9, "order shipped" 7/14, contacted by local logistics firm 7/18, delivered 7/25.

Ordered an LG washer and dryer on August 5th. Received "shipped" email on August 9th. Received email from shipping and white glove company on August 16th. From there I scheduled delivery for August 21.
This was in VA. Location may factor into shipping times.

I ordered a treadmill from Costco and it took 6 weeks to show up. I think a lot of that was the manufacturer finding a slot on the shippers schedule.

When I ordered my first Mac (refurb 5200CD) from Apple I received a postcard saying that shipping was delayed ... the postcard came the day after the computer was delivered.
