gMail glitch, Anyone else see this happen?
#1
This is occurring sporadically with no rhyme or reason.
Log in to gMail as normal then get this page:
We’re sorry, but your Gmail account is temporarily unavailable.
We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest trying again in a few minutes.
You can view the G Suite Status Dashboard for the current status of the service.

If the issue persists, please visit the Gmail Help Center »

Try Again Sign Out

HIt 'refresh' or [cmd-R], log in continues and the page loads. :dunno:

SSL issues, maybe.

I've seen similar errors come up on Verizon wireless hotspots.

Sometimes Verizon tries to monitor encrypted communications (presumably to deliver targeted ads) and the result is weird connectivity issues and "your connection is not secure" messages.

Stupid question: Is your system-clock accurate? Drift of more than 5 minutes can cause SSL problems.

Could easily be related to the VPN.

Google services tend to err on the side of messing up the end-user whenever there's a question of security. The VPN hides your origin... If your last login was from the United States and the next login was from Germany, they might have a problem with that.
