They aren't HK compatible, but they are Alexa compatible.
I have four of these and they work well with my Echo devices, and for the price I can overlook the lack of HK compatibility.
But if one doesn't allow Echo devices in their abode, then this isn't the deal for them.

I cashed in on this same deal a few weeks ago. Looks like no double dipping!

I don't know when the window closed, but I had to jump through some hoops to order through the Alexa app, and Alexa informed me that the deal was no longer valid.
BUT — she was kind enough to tell me that after putting one in my cart at a mere $22.95.
Now to turn off the mic in my 'Phone.

I love these and their smart switches. So much easier to automate porch light to come on at Sunset and off at Sunrise than the old switches that came with the house.

I've stopped buying home automation devices that are dependent on Bluetooth or wi-fi. Bluetooth is to easy to disrupt based upon distance/interference. Wi-fi becomes problematic as you add more devices. In my experience, when you have a bunch of wireless devices on your network some get dropped and don't always reconnect even if they have reserved IP addresses.
I'm paying a bit more for devices that require a hub or are thread enabled (which require a newer Apple TV, HomePod or hub). These have been rock solid.
