Still doesn't fit those of us with giant size heads. :oldfogey: :whine: Cry

Been considering cutting the strings, and adding laces of some sort to make them tie-aound-the-head style rather than around-the-ears style. I HATE around the ears, and most of them (like you) don't fit me...
Hi Paul - N95s don't allow for behind-the-ear straps (except for the rare case where they have a behind-the-head connector for the 2 ear straps). "Most" N95s have 2 behind-the-head straps. KN95s are a different animal.

I got three free Honeywell N95s at Kroger today.
I haven’t tried one on yet.
I will be looking to see if Publix has any and if they are a different style.

This must be a government thing? I was at Walmart tonight and they were handing out vented 3M N95s at the door. I grabbed two. I'm going to spread out my shopping( I drive by Walmart and Sam's Club daily so no extra gas or time) and stock up.

Those are nice. I wonder how they differ from my beloved 1870s - they look similar, and those are my favorite.

Here, some supermarkets and pharmacies are supposed to be giving them away - I think 3 per person. I haven’t been, since I have enough (and have been sharing mine with friends and family who will use them responsibly ).

They (the 1870s) do look very similar, though I wonder if they have the flexible metal nose piece and memory foam inside to reduce eyeglass fogging and increase comfort... that's a really nice feature of the 9205 / 9211's.

Then I dunno... the only other difference I noticed was the head straps. On the 1870's, it looks like a red band; on the 9205's, it's usually a blue band, and on the 9211+'s that I really like, it's not a rubber band at all, but rather a flexible fabric band which is FAR more comfortable for me.
