Yes, I should have been more explicit: The bit about the Lucy show includes a discussion of which shows would be in the public domain and why. In particular, note where they talk about the latest shows subject to entering the public domain for failure to renew their registrations.

In addition, they mention the Odd Couple, which is a nice coincidence.

MacMagus, right, I saw that-- but again someone saying that it isn't in the public domain does not make it so. (Nor does someone saying that it IS in public domain.) It's possible that like for those other shows, they forgot to renew the copyright. And again there's still the issue of foreign import...
