Matt...Geezzz, if you are still so sensitive about Jimmy Carter, you DO have a problem. I'm just pointing out that the CRA goes back to his tenure in the oval office. If you have a problem with the history of it, get over it.

You have to take the ups and downs of your party's actions. Carter laid the foundation in the CRA for what Clinton later expanded. That's not partisan. Just facts. Carter/Clinton could have just as easily been Republicans, but they weren't. Shrug.
