Switcher!

Waited to post till they got it but my neighbors got their iMac (from the refurb store) today. Here's the email they sent:
"I love it! Up and running. Seems easy enough to use! Thanks for your help."
That's an unsolicited response, I swear. Their old PC just quit and they said they wanted a Mac so I pointed them in the right direction.

Not likely, at least in my experience. I usually get a request to help pick out another Mac for that household, or for a friend/relative of the switcher.

I guess it is dependent on how well you do your "switching" job.
