Pages jump around a little. Entering text, after a minute the keybord disappears even while still typing and so on.

Which devices? What OSes? Are they jailbroken?

Does it still happen after a restart?

If the devices are jailbroken, turn off everything except WiFi in SBSettings and see if that helps.

Just got to a new town, new network. Seems OK now. Was happening on both iP4 and iPad. Neither are jailbroken and the OS is a little different on each (too lazy to check right now.)
