iPad 1st gen 64gb + 3G at Woot.com for $489

Woot is pitching 1st gen 64gb iPads + 3G for $489. Considering that AT&T was selling 16gb models for about the same price that seems like a decent deal.

This is Refurbished. Probably by a 3rd party, since if it were refurbished by Apple it would carry a 12 month warranty (?)

ATT used to sell NEW 64/3G for $529 (+tax?). Maybe they still do. Just something to consider before pulling the trigger.

Verizon retail stores has had them for $400, not sure if it's 3G but it is the 64 gig version. I just bought the iPad 2 at Sam's yesterday, it was $488 for the 16 gig wifi. Couldn't find them anywhere in stock but Sam's had a bunch.
