deco- I don't take sweetener in hot coffee, but I do like some in my iced coffee. The sweetened condensed milk adds sweetness and creaminess, but I find I have to add more than I'd like to get it sweet enough. A little agave nectar or simple syrup does the trick nicely and blends easily.

I am also a fan of the sugar free Torani syrups which can add some flavor, too.
