Short lived but not really regretted: Apple's first outboard DVD player. It was beautiful but woefully slow and almost unusable. I need to try to find a photo.

The third gen added the cool voiceover and support for multiple playlists, but the lack of buttons was odd. 4th gen was a much better design, physical buttons and voiceover. Too bad it took three revisions after the initial launch to do what people had suggested since the original shuffle (multiple playlist support) while still retaining an easy to control interface.

I don't have any that I regret. The Other Human had the infamous Powerbook 190cs, though. He went Darkside for years after that.
