Apple Remote Desktop includes asset management features, among all the other cool things that it does. It is pretty much all you need.

I just found 2. There is a pretty good web based product:
http://www.buildium.com/
and a stand alone:
http://productivity-software.com/rental/

Stand alone has a lot of features but needs better organization.

I wish Intuit (hate them, but Quicken and QuickBooks are pretty standard) would make their property management software for the mac. But, if they did, it probably wouldn't be as good as the PC version since the Mac version of QuickBooks is missing features. They suck.

There is a new property management program for Mac available called "Little Landlord." It can be found at www.little-landlord.com
