It's cute, but mostly nonsense. Maher has done some good political stuff, but he's known as a health crank. He points out that there is a lot of sugar in some parts of our diet, which isn't news, and he buys into the fallacy about how 50 years ago, some disease was non-existent in kids and now it's common. He points out the value of exercise --again, not exactly a new notion.
