iCloud mail keeps moving back to Junk folder after been marked Not Junk
#1
This has been happening for months. Stuff will show up in my junk folder that is not junk. I will specify it as not junk and move it to my regular folder. A day later it all shows up in my junk folder and is getting cumulative and becoming a real pain in the butt.

Anyone else experiencing this or have any ideas what I can do to stop this from happening?

Now, now Apple knows best......8-)

I stopped using Apple Mail years ago and switched to web based Gmail.

Yes, I've seen unexplained "wonkiness" in iCloud. In my opinion, iCloud was released before it was really ready and, Apple is still trying to figure out what needs to be done. We're all Beta testers. Sad

Deactivate you Rules in Mail Preferences. Close Mail.app. Reopen Mail and reset Rules. Close and reopen Mail. See what happens (hopefully it's fixed.

What email service are you using? For something like Gmail or Yahoo It could be that the provider has server side filtering that is moving things before the Mail app even gets it. Every time you move it the server re-evaluates it and moves it back. Sometimes you have to use the web interface for a bit and turn off or 'train' the filter on the server to know what is junk mail.
