ML: Rebuilding login ID without losing email archives, etc...?

I'm tossing in the towel on my Mid 2011 Mini login ID... I used MIgration Assistant to migrate my settings, libraries, and so forth from a Snow Leopard Macbook 2,1 and the mail just keeps borking and crashing.

I created an iCloud synched ID that works flawlessly.. no mail crashes, etc. But....

How do I move the saved mail files ? I can move the documents and iPhoto library (I think), but the saved mail files have me kind of stumped.

In the trouble User account, Export the Mailboxes to the Desktop.

Set up another User Acct(Admin). Set up Mail. Import mailboxes from the vacated acct.
