Hulu Plus via iTunes problem, unable to renew?

I got an email from Apple saying there is a technical problem with the billing for my Hulu Plus subscription (I use it on Apple TV and iPad).
I go to my account setting in iTunes and it says:
iTunes wrote: "Your subscription will expire on Dec 9, 2013. This subscription is no longer available."

The email says they will try again. Does anyone else have Hulu Plus, can you check if this is also the case for you?

Got the exact same email today.
It's not possible to change the subscription settings via iTunes.

Do you have a solution yet?

I use Hulu Plus via unblock-us.com on Apple TV.

No solution yet, I figure worst case scenario is I just setup an account with Hulu directly instead of going through iTunes.
